Terms and Conditions - please also refer to the documents in the 'Files' section of the Parent and Guardian group on Facebook for further information on what to bring to classes and other information on shows and events.

Applicable for all enrolled students 

Students must wear appropriate clothing and footwear during classes. Please refer to the file 'What to Wear and Bring to Class Document', which will be be emailed to you. This can also be found in the Parent and Guardian Facebook Group

Fees are required in advance. 

If you wish to leave your place in a class during a half term, please give written notice of 2 weeks to your class teacher.  Fees for any unused weeks cannot be refunded. Any pre paid fees toward examination fees, certificates or show rehearsals cannot be refunded.

Places for existing students are reserved for them in the next half term automatically for you. If for any reason you are not returning to the school after a holiday, please give notice in writing before the holiday period ends or the next half term's fees become payable. Simply ceasing to turn up to your class will NOT remove your place from the register and you will continue to be liable for all invoices.

Students are expected to make every effort to attend each of their classes. Please give notice to your class teacher with at least one week’s notice for any pre booked absences (i.e school parents evenings). In the case of sickness/emergency please contact your class teacher as soon as possible before the class start time.

Please ensure your child has been to the toilet before class and brings a drink of water to class with them. Parent and carers are required to wait outside the main teaching room for the duration of the class. You may leave the site during the class period but please ensure your emergency contact details are up to date before you leave the site. Each of our class sites has a seating area or similar provision outside of the main teaching space if you wish to remain on site and wait during the class.

Photographs and videos of classes, shows and events will be used on the school’s website and social media profiles. If you do not wish your child to appear in any published photographs please email or message the school principal or speak to your class teacher.
